Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Massage4Everyone (“Massage4Everyone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, directory, provider account features, verification process, provider plans, and related services.
By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting a provider verification form, purchasing a provider plan, uploading services, or contacting a provider through the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website.
2. What Massage4Everyone does
Massage4Everyone is an online directory and discovery platform for wellness and massage-related services. Customers can browse, filter, and search for service providers by category, location, region, or other available criteria.
Massage4Everyone does not provide massage, therapy, beauty, medical, wellness, or treatment services directly. Services listed on the website are provided by independent third-party providers.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, bookings, communication, availability, pricing, treatment suitability, cancellations, and payment for provider services are handled directly between the customer and the provider.
3. Definitions
“Customer” means a visitor or user searching for or contacting service providers.
“Provider” means an independent professional, business, therapist, practitioner, clinic, studio, salon, or wellness provider that applies to be listed on the website.
“Provider Plan” means a paid monthly subscription or membership plan that allows an approved Provider to publish a certain number of services or access certain listing features.
“Listing” means a Provider profile, service description, photo, price, availability information, contact information, or other content uploaded or submitted by a Provider.
“Content” means text, images, logos, documents, profile information, reviews, ratings, messages, and any other material submitted or displayed through the website.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit a provider application, purchase a Provider Plan, or use the website for business purposes.
Providers must have all qualifications, permissions, licences, registrations, insurance, experience, and legal authority required to offer their services in the country or region where they operate.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the website if we believe a user is underage, has provided false information, has breached these Terms, or may pose a risk to customers, providers, or the platform.
5. Provider accounts
Providers may be required to create an account before submitting verification information, purchasing a Provider Plan, or uploading services.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including information submitted, listings uploaded, plan purchases, and communications sent through the platform.
6. Provider verification
Providers may be required to complete a verification form and submit information or documents, such as identity details, business details, qualifications, insurance information, certifications, proof of professional experience, location details, or other relevant information.
Verification is designed to help us assess whether a Provider appears suitable for listing on the platform. Verification does not mean that we guarantee, certify, endorse, supervise, employ, or control the Provider.
We may approve, reject, request more information, suspend, or remove a Provider at our discretion, including where information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, expired, unverifiable, or inconsistent with our platform standards.
Providers must promptly update us if their qualifications, insurance, licences, business details, contact details, or ability to provide services change.
Submitting false, forged, misleading, stolen, expired, or unauthorised documents may result in rejection, suspension, removal, cancellation of plans, reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate, and refusal of future access.
7. Provider responsibilities
Providers are solely responsible for:
-
The accuracy and legality of their listings.
-
The services they offer and provide.
-
Their qualifications, licences, permits, insurance, tax obligations, and professional compliance.
-
Their pricing, booking terms, cancellations, refunds to customers, availability, and communication.
-
The safety, hygiene, suitability, and quality of their services.
-
Obtaining customer consent where needed.
-
Complying with all applicable laws, professional standards, advertising rules, consumer protection rules, health and safety requirements, and data protection laws.
Providers must not upload listings or content that are false, misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, unlawful, offensive, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, or unrelated to the purpose of the platform.
Providers must not claim to offer medical diagnosis, emergency medical treatment, regulated healthcare, or guaranteed health outcomes unless they are legally authorised to do so and the claim is lawful and accurate.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing provider information carefully before contacting or booking with a Provider.
Customers should make their own decision about whether a Provider, treatment, location, price, qualification, or service is suitable for them.
Customers with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, chronic pain, recent surgery, or health concerns should seek appropriate medical advice before booking any massage or wellness service.
Massage4Everyone is not responsible for the outcome of any service provided by a Provider, any dispute between a Customer and Provider, or any payment made directly to a Provider.
9. Provider Plans and payments
Approved Providers may purchase a monthly Provider Plan. Each plan may include different features, such as a maximum number of services that can be uploaded, profile visibility features, or other benefits shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Provider Plan fees, features, limits, and billing periods will be displayed before purchase. We may update plan features or prices from time to time. Changes will not affect the current paid billing period unless required by law or clearly communicated.
Unless stated otherwise, Provider Plans renew monthly until cancelled. By purchasing a Provider Plan, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date. If payment fails, we may suspend or limit your Provider account or listings until payment is received.
10. Plan limits and service uploads
Providers may upload services according to the limits of their selected plan. We may reject, edit, remove, or request changes to any listing that does not meet our requirements.
Unused listing capacity does not roll over to future months unless we expressly state otherwise.
Downgrading or cancelling a plan may reduce the number of active listings a Provider can display. We may hide, archive, or remove listings that exceed the active plan limit.
11. Search results, ranking, and visibility
Listings may appear in search results based on factors such as category, region, provider information, plan type, listing quality, availability of information, relevance to the search, platform settings, moderation status, and technical functionality.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of views, customer enquiries, bookings, revenue, or business outcome.
We may modify the search, filtering, ranking, and display features of the website at any time.
12. Content licence
Providers retain ownership of the content they submit, subject to any rights owned by third parties.
By submitting content to Massage4Everyone, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, promote, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, marketing, improving, and displaying the platform.
You confirm that you have the right to upload and use all content you submit, including text, images, logos, trademarks, qualifications, and documents.
You must not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
13. Reviews and feedback
If reviews, testimonials, ratings, or feedback features are available, users must provide honest, lawful, and relevant feedback based on genuine experiences.
We may remove reviews or feedback that appear fake, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, promotional, irrelevant, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable.
We do not verify every review and do not guarantee that reviews are complete, accurate, or representative.
14. Prohibited use
You must not:
-
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading purposes.
-
Submit false verification information.
-
Impersonate another person or business.
-
Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
-
Scrape, copy, or harvest website data without permission.
-
Circumvent security or access controls.

-
Use the platform to harass, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
-
Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, explicit, threatening, or infringing.
-
Misrepresent your qualifications, insurance, experience, location, availability, or services.
15. Moderation and removal
We may review, edit, reject, hide, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, documents, reviews, or other content at our discretion where we believe it breaches these Terms, creates legal risk, harms the platform, misleads users, or affects trust and safety.
Where appropriate, we may notify the affected user and give an opportunity to respond. However, we may act immediately where we believe urgent action is needed.
16. Reporting illegal or inappropriate content
Users may report content, listings, or provider behaviour that they believe is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or in breach of these Terms by contacting us at massage4everyone.info@yahoo.com.
Please include:
-
A link or screenshot of the content.
-
A clear explanation of the issue.
-

We may review reports and take action where appropriate.
17. Third-party providers and direct bookings
Providers are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or subcontractors of Massage4Everyone.
Any booking, treatment, payment, refund, cancellation, injury claim, dissatisfaction, no-show, rescheduling, or dispute relating to a Provider’s services is between the Customer and the Provider, unless Massage4Everyone expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, facilities, hygiene, qualifications, insurance, representations, prices, or services of Providers.
18. No medical advice
The website is for directory and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or healthcare recommendations.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before receiving any massage or wellness service if they have a medical condition or concern.
19. Intellectual property
The Massage4Everyone name, website design, branding, text, graphics, layout, software, and platform materials are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
20. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available, secure, and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may suspend, modify, update, or discontinue parts of the website at any time for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons.
21. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
-
The website will always be available or error-free.
-
Provider information will always be accurate or up to date.
-
Customers will receive enquiries, bookings, or results.
-
Providers will meet a customer’s expectations.
-
The platform will be free from technical issues, security incidents, or third-party interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
22. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massage4Everyone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages.
We are not liable for disputes, injuries, losses, damages, dissatisfaction, or claims arising from services provided by independent Providers.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by the relevant Provider to Massage4Everyone during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different amount.
23. Indemnity
Providers agree to indemnify and hold Massage4Everyone harmless from claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from:
-
Their listings or content.
-
Their services.
-
Their breach of these Terms.
-
Their breach of applicable law.
-
Their relationship or dispute with a Customer.
-
False, misleading, or incomplete verification information.
24. Cancellation and termination
You may stop using the website at any time.
Providers may cancel their Provider Plan according to the cancellation process made available on the website or by contacting us at massage4everyone.info@yahoo.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account, listings, or access to paid features if you breach these Terms, fail verification, fail to pay fees, misuse the website, or create risk for users or the platform.
Cancellation or termination may result in removal or hiding of listings.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new “Last updated” date.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
26. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
The courts of Cyprus will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before starting legal proceedings, users agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
